Roles We Hire
Where You Fit
We hire across the full AV lifecycle — from the people on a lift pulling cable to the engineers designing the system above them. If your background fits any of these, we want to hear from you.
AV Install / Service Technician
Cable pulls, rack builds, mounting, terminations, and on-site integration on new installs — plus diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the systems we've already built. Hands-on, field-based work across our service area.
AV Systems Programmer
Write and commission control code for Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS platforms. Build the interfaces that make complex AV systems usable.
System Designer / Account Executive
Own the relationship and the design. Develop accounts across commercial, education, healthcare, and government clients, scope their needs, and produce the signal-flow diagrams, equipment lists, and proposals that win the work.

AV Install / Service Technician
Entry-level candidates welcome — we will train the right person. You'll work on new installs (cable pulls, rack builds, mounting, terminations) and service existing systems at client sites. Requires a clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites across our service area.
